Three integrated solutions—Form-Fit™ IBC Liners, Air-Assist®, and Squiz® One address the full viscosity spectrum, delivering up to 99.8% product recovery and measurable waste reduction
PLYMOUTH, MA — March 2026 — CDF Corporation, a global leader in flexible liquid packaging innovation, will exhibit at Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf, Germany, May 7–13. Visitors can find CDF in Hall 7, Level 1, C28, where the company will present its complete portfolio of IBC (intermediate bulk container) liner systems and advanced evacuation technologies engineered to maximize product recovery, reduce waste, and streamline operations across the food and beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
A Complete Solution for Every Viscosity Challenge
CDF’s IBC packaging lineup is built around a simple principle: no matter how thick, sticky, or sensitive the product is, there is a CDF solution designed to recover virtually all of it. At Interpack, the company will feature live demonstrations and technical consultations around three flagship technologies:
Form-Fit™ IBC Liners – Precision-engineered to contour exactly to the interior walls of an IBC, Form-Fit liners eliminate the pooling and product trapping common with traditional pillow-style bags. Available for both top and bottom fill and discharge, the liners work with gravity, pump, or vacuum systems and feature CDF’s proprietary Smart Seal Technology™ for leak-free seam reliability. The result is faster changeovers, reduced cleaning costs, and significantly higher yield across a wide range of viscosities.
Air-Assist® IBC Tote Liners – Designed for collapsible totes and products in the 2,000–80,000 cP viscosity range, Air-Assist pairs a form-fit liner with an inflatable air bladder that applies low-pressure air between inner and outer walls during discharge. The system achieves up to 99.5% product recovery in a completely hands-free operation, freeing operators from constant monitoring while cleanly evacuating fruit purées, sauces, creams, adhesives, and similar high-viscosity materials. All films are FDA-compliant and available with EVOH barrier options for oxygen-sensitive products.
Squiz® One – For the most demanding applications, including products reaching 250,000 cP and beyond, including nut butters, yogurts, heavy creams, silicone sealants, and industrial epoxies. The patented Squiz One delivers the ultimate in product recovery. This pneumatically powered system uses mechanical winding to compress a dedicated Squiz liner (Patent Pending) from top to bottom, working in sync with the pump to push product steadily toward the discharge outlet. The result: less than 0.2% residual product loss, hands-free operation, and the elimination of rinsing, cleaning chemicals, and disposal fees.
Expanded European Manufacturing Strengthens Regional Supply
CDF has recently expanded its Form-Fit IBC liner production capabilities with a new manufacturing line located within J. Natzan Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG’s facility in Lengerich, Germany. This strategic addition shortens lead times, strengthens logistical support throughout the European market, and reinforces CDF’s commitment to serving its growing international customer base close to where they operate.
Proven Results Across Industries
CDF’s IBC solutions are backed by documented customer results across food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and industrial manufacturing.
- A leading European bakery ingredients manufacturer eliminated up to 100 leaking liners per year, each representing approximately €2,000 in lost product after switching to Form-Fit liners.
- A global cosmetic brand producing high-viscosity facial cream at 10,000 cP increased yield to 99.5% with Air-Assist, saving more than $90,000 per month.
- Viscous food manufacturers using Squiz System have reduced waste by 98%, recovering over 99.8% of product.
