The Squiz System is an automated liner evacuation system for extreme-viscosity products. Working in sync with your pneumatic pump, it winds the liner from the top down during discharge, steadily moving product toward the dispense valve. On average, just 0.1 to 0.2 percent of product remains.

How It Works
- The dedicated Squiz liner, reinforced to carry the load of winding, locks into the system.
- Your pneumatic pump dispenses product through the standard bottom outlet.
- As the pump draws, the system winds the liner from the top down, in sync with the pump, pressing product toward the dispense valve.
- The cycle runs hands-free, with automatic pressure cutoffs and an emergency stop engineered in.
- The spent liner comes out with, on average, just 0.1 to 0.2 percent of product remaining.
- No IBC washing, and the container returns to service without a wash cycle.
