CDF Corporation is seeking a motivated Shipping, Receiving & Material Handler to join our Flexible Packaging Group in Plymouth, MA. This role is critical to ensuring materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout our facility, supporting production and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Supply production lines with materials to support manufacturing operations.
• Use ERP systems, scanners, and digital inventory tools to maintain accurate records.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling environments.
• Forklift experience or certification (training available for the right candidate).
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, or barcode scanners.
