Weekend Shift | Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekday training required until fully trained.
Starting Pay: $27.00 per Hour

CDF Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Machine Lead with strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing expertise to lead operations within our Flexible Packaging Group.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Troubleshoot and adjust complex production equipment
- Lead machine setups and minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments
- Analyze production issues and implement solutions
- Train and mentor operators while driving performance
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every shift
What You Bring:
- Proven manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading production teams
- Ability to identify problems quickly and take corrective action
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Forklift experience is a plus
