Squiz® Station
for IBC Liners
Engineered for Extreme Viscosity. Built to Leave Almost Nothing Behind.

Squiz Station – with dedicated Squiz liners deliver the ultimate product recovery for highly viscous applications.
Engineered to maximize product recovery from your IBC liner, this pneumatically powered system significantly boosts yield and minimizes waste—ideal for high-viscosity, high-value applications.
This patented technology ensures a proven and unique approach to product recovery.
Why Use The Squiz Tool?
Viscous products like yogurts, cosmetic creams, or nut butter often challenge even the most advanced discharge methods. The Squiz Station with dedicated Squiz liners is engineered to solve those challenges head-on:
- Compatible with a CDF Squiz liner
- Completely hands-free during operation — maximize evacuation with zero intervention
- Uses mechanical winding to squeeze product toward the discharge valve
- Reduces product loss to less than 0.2%.
- The Squiz Station works in sync with the pump: as the pump draws product out, the Squiz compresses the liner at a matching pace, steadily pushing product toward the discharge outlet
When to Upgrade to Squiz
Air-Assist™ technology is ideal for centipoise ranges up to 80,000 cPs. For products above this viscosity, the Squiz Station is the preferred solution. Handles extreme viscosities—up to 250,000 cPs and beyond. If your product can be pumped, the Squiz Station can evacuate it.
Under ~80,000 cP? Air-Assist® is ideal.
Designed for High-Viscosity Applications
Food & Beverage
Optimized for pastes, yogurts, nut butters, and dense sauces. Maximizes batch yield and reduces material costs.
Cosmetics & Personal Care
Perfect for thick creams, balms, and pastes where even small losses can affect profit margins.
Pharmaceutical
Topical ointments, emulsions & gels, dental & oral pastes, medicated creams.
Industrial
Greases, silicone sealants, heavy epoxies, adhesives, inks.
How It Works
The dedicated Squiz liner is designed to lock into the squeezing system for seamless performance
Product is dispensed through standard bottom outlet
The liner is rolled from top to bottom, pressing product downward for efficient evacuation
Product is steadily pressed toward the outlet with minimal residue
Designed to operate in tandem with the pump, enhancing flow and reducing waste

Operational Advantages
Reduce product loss to less than 0.2%
Eliminate rinsing, cleaning, and chemical disposal
Reduce operator intervention and potential injury
Save on IBC-cleaning costs and disposal fees
Consistently leaves minimal residue—recover more with every batch
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use any liner with the Squiz Station?
No, it requires a dedicated CDF Squiz liner for optimal performance. Our engineers will guide your liner spec.
Can the Squiz Tool be used with form-fit liners I already use?
No, the Squiz Tool is compatible with a dedicated CDF Squiz liner. Our packaging experts will work with you to ensure you have the right liner for your specific application.
What is the Squiz Station designed to do?
The Squiz Station is an integrated system that combines liner compression and product evacuation in a single unit, specifically engineered for high-viscosity applications using CDF Squiz liners.
What kind of IBC does the Squiz Tool work with?
The Squiz Station is adjustable to work with a wide range of IBCs, including steel, collapsible, foldable, and rigid containers with lateral bottom discharge. Our team will help ensure the setup is tailored to your operation.
What viscosity range is right for Squiz® vs. Air-Assist®
If your product is under ~80,000 cP, start with Air-Assist®. For higher-viscosity products (≈80,000–250,000+ cP), the Squiz® Station is preferred.
