FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PLYMOUTH, Massachusetts – Oct. 10, 2025 – Embracing the global transition toward a circular economy, CDF Corporation announces the launch of a new Form-Fit intermediate bulk container (IBC) liner manufacturing line, strategically located within J. Natzan Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG’s state‑of‑the‑art facility in Lengerich, Germany. Natzan, a family‑operated company since 1989 known for its precision in plastic packaging and custom heat‑sealing solutions, will collaborate closely with CDF on this venture. Building on a six‑year relationship, the partnership reflects the shared vision and dedication of both companies to deliver tailor‑made, flexible packaging innovations with exceptional quality and consistency. This investment underscores CDF’s commitment to expanding its flexible packaging products and services in Europe, following its earlier growth in the region through the integration of Quadpak AB into the CDF alliance in 2013.
The Lengerich facility will specialize in producing multi‑ply Form‑Fit and pillow‑style liners for the Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) market. Serving manufacturers of liquid to highly viscous products, the operation will provide environmentally responsible and cost‑effective bulk packaging solutions in sizes ranging from 220 to 1,500 liters. With this new production line, CDF will:
- Deliver proven sustainable products by offering packaging solutions that support circular‑economy goals and reduce environmental impact across the supply chain.
- Reduce lead times by adding regional capacity in Europe, streamlining logistics and improving overall responsiveness.
- Enhance global customer service by strengthening local technical support and access to sustainable packaging technologies for European customers.
“For over half a century, CDF has provided innovative products that help businesses save money while minimizing their environmental footprint compared to traditional packaging alternatives,” said Joseph Sullivan. “Our unwavering commitment to the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle is the foundation of our Mindful Packaging® approach. The new facility in Lengerich is designed to make it easier for companies across Europe to participate in the packaging sector’s sustainability transformation.”
CDF’s continued European expansion aligns with market expectations for environmentally conscious global suppliers and reflects strong demand for packaging that supports corporate sustainability objectives. As more brand owners and manufacturers prioritize lower‑impact materials and systems, CDF’s solutions help them advance these goals without sacrificing performance or product protection.
“With the introduction of the new Form‑Fit line in Lengerich,” Sullivan added, “we look forward to expanding our portfolio in Europe, including the Quadpak AB Cheertainer® bag‑in‑box, as well as our IBC Form‑Fit and pillow liners, while upholding our commitment to environmental stewardship and reliable regional supply.”
