Who We Are
In 1971 Joe Sullivan Sr. founded CDF Corporation on two basic principles: cost effectiveness and environmental safety. He offered products to industrial customers that saved them money, as well as benefited the environment. Back when the environmental movement was in its embryonic form, he introduced revolutionary liner products that enabled the reuse or recycling of many different industrial packages. Joe Sullivan Sr. is known throughout the industry as a pioneer in the movement we now call “sustainable packaging.”
In 1986 CDF Corporation’s President Joe Sullivan Jr. joined the company as Director of Operations. He brought manufacturing in-house. His firm belief was that state of the art equipment was needed for the fast growing demands of the packaging industry. Since then he, along with the CDF Corporation management team, have continued to research and invest in cutting edge technologies in order to keep with the tradition of offering top quality products that save companies money and benefit the environment.
Mark Kasberg joined CDF in 2005 as the CFO. He has over 25 years of experience leading manufacturing organizations with roles in corporate accounting, finance and treasury. At CDF, Mark leads the finance and accounting functions and plays an integral role in the companies’ strategic planning and business development initiatives.
