SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: Complete in process inspections and pack finished goods according to Specification for Shipment
Qualifications required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct in process visual inspections
Identify and Record Quality defects
Report Quality problems to necessary personnel
Assist with manufacturing equipment set-ups and load machines
Box, verify, and palletize according to specification
Make and label boxes, separate finished product and scrap
Follow all quality and food safety policies and procedures to ensure CDF products meet all applicable customer, regulatory and industry standards.
Replenish supplies and clean area at the end of the shift
Extra duties as required
Must follow all company policies and procedures
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience running a web design machine preferable
Mechanically inclined is preferrable
Work overtime as needed
Ability to work well with others and be a team player
Good communication skills
Physical demands and work environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls: reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job the employee is/or may be exposed to high noise levels that require hearing protection. Employee may also be required to wear safety glasses and/or safety gloves.
Shift(s) Available:
Monday – Thursday 6 AM to 6 PM
Monday – Thursday 6 PM to 6 AM
Friday – Sunday 6 AM to 6 PM
Pay:
Ranges from $17.00 – $18.50 dependent on which shift is worked.
