PAILSAVER™ TRAYS & CRADLES


PailSaver pail trays and cradles offer innovative packaging solutions for the steel pail. PailSaver cradles and trays keep two-part packages separated until combined by the end user. Examples of two-part packages include, epoxy hardeners and epoxy paints.

Benefits

  • Designed to fit any 5 gallon steel pail.
  • Allows two-part products, such as epoxies to be contained and shipped in a single package.
  • Reduces inventory cost, freight and handling.

PailSaver trays rest on the top rim of the pail and suspend a second component above the first. Users combine the components by pouring the contents of the tray into the pail.

PailSaver cradles rest on the top rim of the pail and suspend a sealed container, usually a 1 gallon can.

Size
The PailSaver trays and cradles are designed to fit any 5 gallon steel pail.

 

Multiple Film Choices
All liners are made in America from FDA-approved films.

Low-density polyethylene is intended for general use and provides superb tensile strength and elongation, as well as high resistance to tears and flex cracking. Low-density polyethylene is designed for applications up to 175°F.

High-density polyethylene creates rigid, durable inserts that are robust for a wide range of applications and have superior solvent resistance.
