PAILSAVER LINERS FOR PLASTIC AND STEEL PAILS

PailSaver plastic pail liners and steel pail liners are ideal for mixing, pumping, storing and shipping many liquids powders and pastes. The PailSaver plastic pail liners are available in 2, 3.5 and 5 gallon sizes. The PailSaver steel pail liners are available in 2.5, 3.5, 5, 6 and 12 gallon sizes.

The seamless, vacuum-formed pail liners have a contoured lip that snaps over a pail's top bead to prevent leakage between the pail liner and the pail wall. After use, simply lift out the pail liner - the pail is clean and ready for reuse!

All pail liners are manufactured using FDA approved materials.

PailSaver pail liners are available in anti-stat. Anti-stat additives help to reduce static build-up in static sensitive applications, such as paints, volatile materials and fine powders.

LinerPro round bottom liners

Heat-sealed LinerPro round bottom pail liners provide an economic solution for protecting your products. LinerPro round bottom pail liners can be used for shipping or storing nearly any wet or dry product, viscous or thin liquid, powder, particulate or paste.

Special models are intended for use with solvents, flammable powders, hot liquids, oxygen-sensitive or hygroscopic materials or aggressive chemicals.

pailsaver trays and cradles

PailSaver trays and cradles offer innovative packaging solutions for the steel pail. PailSaver cradles and trays keep two-part packages separated until combined by the end user. Examples of two-part packages include, epoxy hardeners and epoxy paints.

Cradles and trays allow the two parts to be contained and shipped in a single package. All PailSaver pail lids, cradles and trays are vacuum-formed from FDA approved materials.

Dust caps and cover sheets

Dust caps and cover sheets shield materials from dirt, dust, moisture, insects and other contaminants during and in-between production.

Dust caps and cover sheets are ideal for protection of electronics, chemicals, inks, paints, pharmaceuticals and food.

EZ-Strainer inserts for pails

EZ-Strainer inserts lie on the top of any pail, allowing valuable material to be poured through easily, while removing unwanted particles. The patented lip design ensures that the strainer always stays in place.

EZ-Strainer inserts are ideal for removing debris from paints, inks, adhesives, silicones, etc. The 5-gallon EZ-Strainer inserts are available in coarse, medium and fine mesh.
