CDF has created a customer benefit by modifying the IBC form-fit liner to include holes in the perforated flaps. The CDF engineering team strategically added holes to the perforated flaps of the IBC form-fit liner to help hold the liner in place during filling; by keeping the liner squared, these flaps make fills easier. Once the IBC form-fit liner is filled, the flaps can be detached and used with a winder for dispensing. CDF was the first flexible packaging manufacturer to add holes to the perforated flaps to a number of customized applications. This feature is now part of all of CDF’s stock IBC form-fit liners.

CDF products are intended for single use application. Any reuse of the liner and/or fitment voids the warranty.

FORM-FIT® IBC LINERS

Formfit (cube-shaped) liners are manufactured to form fit the internal shape of your intermediate bulk container. Form-fit IBC liners provide high performance in critical applications, such as top-fill applications using a bridge or automated filler; containers with no access doors for placing a liner at the bottom; high speed fills and viscous products that would get caught in the folds of pillow-shaped liners.

Multiple Film Choices

All liners are made in America, the inside layer is made from FDA-approved films.

IBC liners are constructed with more than one resin in a multi-layer combination.

EVOH film is widely used in the food packaging industry. It is a strong, flexible, transparent, film with good moisture and excellent oxygen barrier specifications.

Flexus™ and Flexus HF metallocene LLDPE are for general use, durability and flex crack resistance.

Tenalon™ co-extruded nylon film is for abrasion resistance, durability and strength.

The film materials used in the manufacture of our IBC liners comply with FDA Regulations 21 CFR 177.1520, CFR 175.105, 177.1390 and CFR 177.1630.

We guarantee that our liners will be constructed from the specified materials and that CDF will not knowingly use materials that are out of specification or could be adulterated.

No additives are introduced during the heat-sealing process.
