Drumsaver liners for plastic and steel drums

DrumSaver plastic drum liners and steel drum liners for 55 gallon drums are perfect for high speed mixing, pumping, storing and shipping nearly any liquid, powder or paste.

DrumSaver plastic drum liners are designed for plastic drums; the seamless vacuum-formed 55 gallon drum liners have a contoured lip that snaps over a plastic 55 gallon open-head drum's top bead to prevent leakage between the drum liner and the drum wall.

DrumSaver steel drum liners are designed for steel drums; the seamless vacuum-formed 55 gallon drum liners have a contoured lip that snaps over an open-head drum's top bead, preventing leakage between the drum liner and drum wall and providing easy drum closure using a standard ring and bolt or lock assembly.

DrumSaver drum liners are available in anti-stat. Anti-stat additives help to reduce static build-up in static sensitive applications, such as paints, volatile materials and fine powders.

LinerPro round bottom liners

Heat-sealed LinerPro round bottom drum liners provide an economic solution for protecting your products. LinerPro round bottom drum liners can be used for shipping or storing nearly any wet or dry product, viscous or thin liquid, powder, particulate or paste.

Special models are intended for use with solvents, flammable powders, hot liquids, oxygen-sensitive or hygroscopic materials or aggressive chemicals.

Ultraliner Blow-molded inserts

UltraLiner premium 55 gallon drum liners are ideal for heavy stress operations requiring maximum strength and protections. CDF has demonstrated that UltraLiners inserted in steel drums can meet demanding UN performance standards for shipping regulated products.

Dust caps and cover sheets shield materials from dirt, dust, moisture, insects and other contaminants during and in-between production.

Dust caps and cover sheets are ideal for protection of electronics, chemicals, inks, paints, pharmaceuticals and food.

Lids

Exterior drum lids protect the outside of the steel drum cover from external contamination and moisture. Interior lids protect the inside of steel drum lids from contact with lading in the drum.

EZ-Strainer inserts for drums

EZ-Strainer inserts lie on the top of any open-head steel drum, allowing valuable material to be poured through easily, while removing unwanted particles. The patented lip design ensures that the strainer always stays in place.

EZ-Strainer inserts are ideal for removing debris from paints, inks, adhesives, silicones, etc. The 55 gallon EZ-Strainer inserts are available in coarse, medium and fine mesh.
